Interested in Eversense?

If you feel like your short-term CGM isn’t giving you the kind of flexibility you need, then maybe it’s time to switch to the only long-term CGM that only requires 2 sensor replacements per year.

Is it time for a new CGM? Do you currently experience...
  • Sensor failures that require replacements before 7-14 days
  • Sensors being knocked off
  • Reactions from long wear adhesives
  • Always needing your mobile device nearby for alarms
Say hello to Eversense
  • More control - Eversense's removeable transmitter allows you to take a break whenever - and wherever - you want*
  • More simplicity - 2 insertions per year vs. self-inserting a CGM every 7-14 days
  • Less hassle - Say goodbye to unexpected disruptions from sensors falling out or being knocked off. Our implantable sensor stays comfortably in place for 6 months.

Questions? We’re here to help.

Some short-term CGMs require up to 52 self insertions a year and can require you to use long wear adhesives that may irritate the skin. But Eversense only requires 2 sensor replacements a year and has a removable transmitter* that uses mild daily adhesives that are gentle on the skin.

Depending on your specific insurance plan, there could be differences in cost. We are happy to help you navigate getting more information about your insurance coverage. Just fill out the 'Get Started' form, and we will be happy to contact you.

Through the Payment Assistance and Simple Savings (PASS) program, you may be eligible for a $99 offer** for your sensor and transmitter and subsequent sensors.*

You can also pay with pre-tax dollars from your FSA or HSA.

Insertion and removal process normally takes a few minutes each and heals within a few days. First, the inserter will make a small incision approximately 5mm in the upper arm after the skin has been numbed using local anesthesia. Then, they’ll place the sensor using a tubular device. Once the sensor is placed, they’ll use Steri-strips™ to close. Some compare to a dentist visit or a blood draw!

To be eligible for Eversense you must be an adult with diabetes and an insulin user. You’ll need to answer a few short questions about yourself and your current care and insurance. From there we use that intake form to help connect you with an Eversense representative.
